Navigation and accessing information, Interactive tools and transactions

In order to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. The application College of Science Intranet would need re-development. This would take significant developer resources, time and cost to meet modern web standards. At this time re-development is considered a disproportionate burden as developer resource is extremely limited.

This decision will be reviewed in the next 12 months.

How we tested this website

A full accessibility audit was conducted on 2nd December 2019 on sample pages based on a typical user journey of a student accessing the website.
